At 18: 30 p. m. on October 24, a special training was conducted for new college students in the large conference room on the first floor of building 6. the special training included public knowledge, professional accomplishment, basic knowledge, quality system, professional knowledge and workplace guide. under the major categories, there were many subdivided courses. this time, the public knowledge-main product introduction course was conducted, and the lecturer was Peter (Zhang Fei) of overseas business department, the training method is to teach and visit. This course is mainly to let new college students understand the production situation of the company.

Let's walk into the product introduction class with Xiaobian ~

In order to let everyone better understand the company's products, Peter teacher first let everyone familiar with the company's production plan and production process.

The output of various products of the company is inseparable from the arrangement of the production plan and various processes in the whole production process. In order to make everyone understand the production plan more intuitively, Mr. Peter uses the following figure to show it to everyone.

The PPT of this course is equipped with English, because our goal is to go international, and the most basic industry language must be mastered.

After the production plan, let us enter the "site" together. At the site, the five key elements, "people, machines, materials, methods, and ring" are essential. Each item must be available before production.

People: We need employees to do homework;

Machine: auxiliary tools/fixtures/equipment are required for operation;

Material: At the same time, there must be materials for assembling PCB boards before production;

Method, ring: assembly must conform to certain methods and requirements, etc.

In addition, the five elements can also be used for on-site problem analysis.

For the "material" part, especially components, there are methods and skills to identify.

Everyone's understanding will be different. Peter introduced the students with "cinema" as the starting point. This method is easy to understand. The following figure shows that complex components can be easily identified through the "cinema" method instead of rote memorization.

In class, teacher Peter combined with the circuit board to demonstrate the identification method to everyone, so that everyone can better remember.

The vast majority of PCB manufacturing processes are as follows: AI-SMT-assembly-aging-packaging. SMT/assembly/packaging contains multiple links.

Each link has auxiliary pictures so that everyone can be familiar with it. At the same time, the site visit of the automated line body allows us to have a clearer understanding of the company's manufacturing process, the company's strength and some improvements made by the company.

In addition, only when the quality of each link is guaranteed can we ensure that the client and even the end customers use qualified products and avoid unnecessary customer complaints.

The products produced by the company have a wide range of applications, mainly used in smart home, office applications, etc., as shown in the following figure on behalf of the picture.
