　　At 18:30 on the evening of October 24, special training was conducted for new college students in the large conference room on the first floor of the six buildings. The special training included public knowledge, professionalism, basic knowledge, quality system, professional knowledge, and workplace guidelines. There are many subdivided courses under the broad category. This time the public knowledge-main product introduction course was conducted. The course instructor was Peter (Zhang Fei) from the Overseas Business Unit. The training method was lecture + visit. This course Mainly to let new college students understand the company's production status.

　　In order to let everyone better understand the company's products, Mr. Peter first made everyone familiar with the company's production plan and production process.

　　The output of various products of the company is inseparable from the arrangement of the production plan and the various processes in the entire production process. In order to let everyone understand the production plan more intuitively, Mr. Peter used the following picture to show everyone.

　　The PPT of this course is equipped with English, because our goal is to go international, and the most basic industry language must be mastered.

　　After the production plan, let us enter the "site" together. At the site, the five key elements, "human, machine, material, law, and environment" are indispensable. Each item must be available before production.

　　People: We need employees to do the work;

　　Machine: Need tooling/fixture/equipment assistance during operation;

　　Materials: At the same time, there must be materials for assembling PCB boards before production;

　　Law, ring: assembly must meet certain methods and requirements, etc.

　　In addition, the five elements can also be used for on-site problem analysis.

　　For the "material" part, especially the components, there are methods and skills for identification.

　　Everyone understands differently. Teacher Peter introduces the students with "cinema" as the starting point. This method is easy to understand, as shown in the figure below. Through the "cinema" method, complex components can be easily identified instead of memorizing. .

　　In class, Mr. Peter demonstrated the identification method to everyone in combination with the actual circuit board, so that everyone can better remember.

　　The process of most PCB board manufacturing is as follows: AI-SMT-assembly-aging-packaging. And SMT/assembly/packing contains multiple links.

　　Each link has auxiliary pictures for everyone to be familiar with. At the same time, the on-site visit of the automation line body allows us to have a clearer understanding of the company's manufacturing process, the company's strength and some improvements the company has made.

　　In addition, only when the quality of each link is guaranteed can it be ensured that qualified products are used by clients and even end users, and unnecessary customer complaints can be avoided.

　　The products produced by the company have a wide range of applications, mainly used in smart home, office applications, etc., as shown in the picture below.
